Well in my last post I promised that the next one would be filled with exciting and new adventures. Sorry but not so.

Both Peter and I have really done not much else but work. The facility I am at have just been through accreditation – for those of you who work in health you will have some idea what that is like. A bit nerve racking, even though you know you do everything well. Needless to say they passed with flying colors, and I have fore filled my commitment to stay until accreditation was over. So today I am handing in my resignation and will be finishing at the end of March. Why March you might ask. Peter wants to stay until then to allow one of his colleagues to take their annual leave before he finishes up. Dam that work ethic our parents instilled in us!!

Where to from here. Not really sure. Both of us want to see a little more of Tassie and then it will be back to the mainland. Peter’s health has been a bit questionable of late so that will impact on what we do and where we go. Maybe after a few more months travel it might be time to come home for awhile.

Who knows – certainly not us.
