We decided to take the proverbial road less travelled when we first left Canberra. We did not take any of the highways but instead drove through – or should I say- up and down and around lots and lots of very steep, sharp bends through the Mundoonen Ranges. I would not recommend this way to anyone towing a van unless they have power to spare in their car. To make things even more interesting it was windy and wet with a top temperature of 5 degrees

I must say the scenery was worth the effort despite the poor weather.

We did not take many photos on our way to Orange as it was to cold to get out of the car!
