After a night at Ravensthorpe it was on to the town of Hyden and the nearby rock formations of Wave Rock and the “Hippos Yawn” which are part of a hill known as Hyden Rock.

Wave Rock is about 15m high and 110m long and forms the north wall of Hyden Rock.

We traveled on to the Humps and Mulka’s This site of Aboriginal cave art has 452 motifs believed to be between 2000 – 3000 years old.

A few nights camped at Hyden – it was cold and windy and poured rain the 2nd night.
