Last week we left Geraldton to head to the Southern area of WA. It was with mixed feelings that we moved on for new adventures and seeing more of WA
It was hard saying goodbye for now to our son Chris and our daughter in law Robyn and of course young Walter our grandson. It is also a little exciting to be heading of again knowing that in 3-4 months time we will be back home.

We headed slightly inland to Three Springs for the night and after exploring and several stops for coffees and food headed to New Norcia a monastic town north west of Perth.

It was a very interesting place to visit and the monks make great lager- 7.3% – so not to many at once!! It was rather cold particularly as we were camped in a paddock, so no heating for us

We have a Kedron Caravan – Queensland made by a family company. So not huge numbers on the road and fairly scarce in WA. While camped at New Norcia there were five vans and three of them were Kedrons. Of course we all got together to remark on such a rare event and rejoice in the recent state of origin win.
