Cowell – SA

We have been staying in the small town of Cowell on the Franklin harbour for the past three days. Straying at an “almost free” campground within walking distance of town and along the foreshore It is ten dollars a night for a designated sire, about 30 sites all up with supplied water. The March flies are free. A very busy little campground – no bookings, first in best dressed.

We have done a little unsuccessful fishing lots of walks along the foreshore tracks and a bit of relaxing and of course oyster eating.

Tomorrow we are heading to Port Lincoln to explore the other side of the peninsula. After this we will be on our way to WA.

If you want to see way better photos and detailed info on solo art head to Cowell Solo Art on net – in the meantime I will work out how to insert a link. WordPress has changed a bit in the years since I last used it.
